Cancellation of Order by Customer

We believe in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy for all the orders where you received the product that does not match the website information or has reached in a bad/damage condition.

How do I cancel an order?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For cancellations within 24 hours:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the full amount, except the Bank Charges. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with us by sending an email on providing your Order Number/details.

If the cancellation is after stipulated time:
-In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been "processed" by us, the order cannot be cancelled. ARTICKLES has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not except in case of above mentioned reasons. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ARTICKLES and accept decision regarding the cancellation.
-If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
